Anchor Tools is a browser extension published by 25th & Dove LLC for the internal use of its own staff. It is distributed privately and is not available to the public. This policy describes what the extension accesses and what happens to that information.

What the extension accesses
Page content
The extension operates only on the websites named in its permissions: alibaba.com and Amazon (amazon.com, amazon.co.uk, amazon.ca). It does not run on, read, or have permission to access any other website.
On Amazon, it reads information already displayed on the page and presents it in a more convenient layout on that same page. This information is not transmitted anywhere.
On Alibaba, the extension reads content from the page a member of staff is viewing and saves a copy to the company's own private server as an internal business record. Depending on the page, that content may include business correspondence. This happens only when the member of staff presses the button in the extension's toolbar panel. The extension does not read pages at any other time and does not operate in the background.
Records created this way are used solely for the company's own internal business administration and are not analysed, profiled or processed for any other purpose.
Extension settings
The extension stores the user's own preferences — which features are enabled, and the address of the company's internal server — in the browser's extension storage. These remain in the user's own browser profile.
What the extension does not do
- It does not collect or transmit browsing history.

- It does not sell, rent, share or transfer data to any third party.

Where information goes
Information recorded by the extension is sent to a server operated by 25th & Dove LLC on its own private network, which is not reachable from the public internet. No other destination receives data from this extension.
Retention
Records created by the extension are the company's own business records and are retained by the company for as long as they remain useful. The extension is used only by staff acting on behalf of the company.
Who can install it
Anchor Tools is published with private visibility and can be installed only by specific accounts authorised by 25th & Dove LLC.
