Where we ship
United States, Canada, and the United Kingdom.

Dispatch time
Orders placed before 4pm CT on a business day are dispatched the same day. Orders placed
after that, or at a weekend or public holiday, are dispatched the next business day.

Delivery time
Standard delivery is 3–5 business days after dispatch within the continental US.

Shipping cost
Free standard shipping on orders over $14.99. Below that, shipping is calculated at checkout.

Tracking
You receive a tracking link by email as soon as the parcel is collected. If it has not
arrived within 24 hours of your dispatch email, check your spam folder, then email us.

Lost or delayed parcels
If tracking has not moved for 7 business days, fill out the form on the contact page and we will replace the order. We do not make you chase the carrier.
