30-Day Hassle-Free Returns
We stand behind every product we sell. If you're not completely satisfied with your purchase, you can return it within 30 days of delivery for a full refund — even if the item has been used.

- We'll provide you with return instructions and a return address
- Once we receive and inspect the returned item, your refund will be processed
Exchanges
Need a different size or style? We're happy to help with exchanges.

- We handle exchanges for size/fit issues at no additional cost
- We'll ship your replacement as soon as we receive the original item
Refunds
Refunds are processed within 5-7 business days after we receive your returned item. The refund will be issued to your original payment method.
- You'll receive an email confirmation when your refund has been processed
- Please allow an additional 3-5 business days for your bank to post the refund
- Original shipping costs are non-refundable (unless the return is due to our error)
Damaged or Defective Items
Received a damaged or defective product? We're sorry about that. Contact us immediately and we'll make it right.
Contact us with your order number and a photo of the damage. We'll send a replacement right away - no need to return the damaged item in most cases.

Free shipping on orders over $14 (U.S.).
Same-Day Dispatch
Orders placed before 4:00 PM CST Monday through Friday ship the same business day.
Order Tracking
Every order includes tracking. You'll receive a shipping confirmation email with your tracking number as soon as your order ships.
International Shipping
We ship directly from local fulfillment centers in each country we serve. This means faster delivery times and no surprise customs fees for our customers in the US, Canada, and UK.
We do not currently ship to countries outside of the US, Canada, and UK. We're working on expanding to more countries in the future.
